Thorough Cleaning Guidelines
A thorough, or deep cleaning, is great for those looking to get a “spring clean”. Discounts are applied for empty house cleanings (move-ins or move-outs). A Thorough cleaning consists of all the same items as a basic cleaning, but also includes the following:
Bathrooms
- Cabinets washed (insides if empty).
- Tile walls washed.
- Light fixtures washed.
- Spot washing of doors and trim.
- Baseboards washed.
- Blinds dusted.
Kitchens
- Cupboards washed & polished (insides if empty)
- Inside of all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc…)
- Back splash washed.
- Mini blinds dusted.
- Baseboards and trim washed.
- Floors thoroughly washed – Oreck machine used if needed.
Bedrooms And Other Living Areas
- All surfaces washed (includes ceiling fans, light globes, blinds, baseboards, woodwork, walls, glassware, picture frames, light switches, door knobs etc…)
- All furniture moved to vacuum/mopped (if possible).
- Edges of carpet/floors vacuumed.
- Curtains vacuumed.
- Furniture vacuumed (under cushions as well)
